Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into\u00a0<strong>IEEE Xplore<\/strong>.\u00a0Selected papers will be published in one or more special issues of reputed, abstracted, and indexed journals. Maximum paper length for the proceedings is 5 pages, with up to one additional page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To help ensure correct formatting, please use the Standard IEEE conference templates.
